All chocolates are handmade to order. Please allow 15–20 business days for production before shipping.
Due to the perishable and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
For orders shipped outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. Refusal to pay these charges will not qualify you for a refund — the order will be returned or destroyed by customs at the buyer's expense/loss.
