As we operate on a pre-order only basis, we do not accept returns. We order our ingredients weekly based on the orders we receive, ensuring that each chocolate bar is freshly made just for you. For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot resell any returned products. This would result in us having to discard the chocolate bar, which goes against our zero food-waste mission.
