As a luxury chocolate brand, we produce in small batches on a pre-order basis to ensure absolute freshness and avoid waste. For our first launch, orders will be fulfilled within 10–12 weeks after pre-orders close, allowing time to carefully source ingredients and craft each piece by hand. As we grow and refine our processes, fulfillment times will become faster without ever compromising on quality, sustainability, or the artistry behind our chocolates.

We make every effort to ship our chocolate bars in temperature-controlled packaging. While long-term temperature regulation for international food shipments is still a challenge, we ensure that our chocolates are stored under the best conditions to maintain their quality until they reach you.
We source all our ingredients from trusted, ethical suppliers in The Netherlands and Belgium. We collaborate with the best in the market who share our values of uncompromising ingredients quality and a commitment to human rights.
Once opened, please consume the chocolate bar within 3 days. Keep it refrigerated at all times. For the best experience, allow the chocolate to sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes before enjoying.
Each chocolate bar has a unique expiration date based on its production date. Please refer to the back of the packaging for the specific expiration date. Our bars typically have a shelf life of one month when unopened. Made with fresh ingredients and no preservatives, hence the shorter shelf life, they are crafted for the highest quality and best flavor.
We will never ask for payment, credit card details, or any personal information beyond what you’ve already provided when placing your order. If the order went through, your information has been securely processed. The only time we will contact you is to let you know we've chosen to fulfill one of your sweet deeds. Please remain vigilant — if you are ever asked to send money or make a payment, it is a scam.
We will reach out to you via the email address used for your order to discuss the next steps for fulfilling the wish you’ve requested. We’ll never ask you for money.
